i pass by the construction side every morning. The ferris wheel is topped out (for a long long time already my collegues say). The ferris wheel is topped out, yet features no cars and looks abondoned. I cannot really take pictures out of the companies shuttle bus and it is too far from my home to just go there though.

Recommend buying an E-Scooter. I did have one. Not too expensive and gives you a whole new perspective on the city...

actually just found out the site is really close to my home, haha The Bus is just driving around in circles picking people up, that's why it takes so long by shuttle bus until I see the site. It still will be hard to make photos, since the mall structure is all done and above construction i can not really make photos of. I am still pretty sure it is on hold though, since I did not see any cranes and the ferris wheel is on hold as well.

photos by me.

skyscrapers status?, no real idea, building under it is opened, workers only walking and working on the other part of the complex. entrance that looks a bit roman and stuff is all U/C with workers.

Ferris Wheel clearly on hold. topped out years ago, but they never added the cars for it,probably because everything around is still U/C.

the workers in the mall said in may the other place is supposed to open. i have my doubts, but anyway, before that point there will be no progress on the skyscrapers for sure. they are for a later phase i think. they are featured on all of the renders around still though, so they are certainly still planned.

edit: also sorry for the big pictures, wasn't expecting that from my phone. if i knew the quality would be like that i would have resized before uploading.

after taking a look at the render in the first post, i think the supertalls are not on top of that but proposed for the plot next to it, which features the old yuexing thing. that would mean this is far far far away from being prep.
