For Eastern Economic Corridor, it has become necessary to come up with feeder LRT networks along with local commuters as feeders to High Speed train connecting 3 airports with a price tag of 302,721 Million Baht including
1. Chonburi - Wat Yanasangwararam using existing 8 railway stations with total distance of 63 km at 252000 million Baht
2. Chonburi LRT from Chonburi railway station to Bang Saen Beach
3. Chonburi LRT from Chonburi railway station to Amata Nakhon Industrial estate
4. Pataya LRT => City Hall- North Pataya - South Pataya - New Pier - Chaiyapruek stadium
5. Pataya LRT => City Hall - Pataya railway station - Pataya Railway station - Krathing Lai

Even though Khon Kaen city LRT has not been implemented yet, Khon kaen city is now offering city bus service from Khon Kaen Airport to downtown Khon Kaen city at 99 Baht - and Khon kaen city also offer the mobile app "Khon Kaen city bus" for those tourists who want to go around Khon Kaen city

After installing mobile application for the first 200 red minibuses of Chiang mai city, the number of complains about poor red minibus service have decreased - so the other 2000 red minibuses of chiang Mai city will have this application installed

Seems to me that Chiang Mai LRT networks are likely to be partial underground and this is 106,895 Million Baht question on the implementation to be done in 2024 - 2025 rather than 28,419 Million Baht question which is to be done in 2021-2022

OTP seems to accept that the 35km LRT networks of Chiang Mai city (3 lines) must be partially underground with the total price tag of 106,895 Million Baht - constructed at December 2019 - early 2020 to be done in 2024 - 2025 - compared with all at grade with total distance of 40.57 km at 28,419 Million Baht constructed at December 2019 - early 2020 to be done in 2021 - 2022

PAO of Songkla has to come up with the investment plan for Hatyai Monorail with 12.54 km - 12 stations with a price tag of 16100 Million Baht - need consultant by the end of October 2017 sol as to come up with the plan to deal with angry merchants around Kimyong market to Minister of Interior and start the construction in 2018 and opened in 2021

Hatyai Monorail started at Klong Wah intersection station, Kanchanawanit road station , bus terminal near Central Festival Hatyai, Klong Rian, Prince Songkla University, Kor Hong station near Fort Senanarong, Big C Hua Riw, Hatyai Witthaya school, Fountain circle, Kimyong market, Hatyai railway station, Hatyai Nai and Hatyai van terminal on Phetkasem road

Bidding for CHiang Mai LRT networks with total price 106,895 Million Baht in 2018 including the transition station at Kuang Sing,Rajabhat Chiang Mai, Chang Phueak, Hai Ya for red line LRT, Kad Luang, Khuang Klan, and Mahidol road for green line, and Nimmarn heamin, Wiang Kao and Tha Phae for blue line LRT - not to mention about the LRT bridges across Ping river for green line and Blue line

Now, 12.54 km Hatyai Monorail with a price tag of 16100 Million baht has passed the preliminary EIA - waiting for the final EIA along with the issue on the investment plan still pending before the bidding for the construction in 2019.

The capacity for Hatyai monorail set must be able to carry 464 passengers per set with 20 baht flat rate and the monorail will be 8 meter above the ground with station design of wave.

there will be 12 stations including
1. Klong Wah
2. Hatyai intercity bus terminal (Central Festival Hatyai)
3. Klong Rian
4. Prince Mahidol of Songkla University
5. Koh Hong (AKA Fort Senanarong)
6. Rat Yindee (Big C)
7. Hatyai collage
8. the fountain circle
9. Kimyong Market
10. Hatyai railway station
11. Hatyai Nai
12. Talad Kaset van terminal

MRTA hiring the consultant to handle Phuket LRT project to be started the construction in 2019 - First phase will be 45 km from Phuket International airport to Chalong intersection and the other 15 km to Tha Nun railway terminus
will be handled once the line from Surat Thani to Tha Nun has been constructed

Songkla Provincial Administration Organization also telling Hatyai businessmen that the 8 km extension to Hatyai International Airport will make Hatyai monorail to have a price tag ballooned up to 30000 million Baht
