I have seen the render.. but no picture is allowed..

Its attached to the mall, the one at the center will be the Park Point Residences... actually all of those buildings shown on the mall renders are Ayala Premier... So that makes Ayala Land premier also a multi-tower development... Park Point Residences is the first of development scheduled to be launched by June.

Based on the render i have seen, Park Point Residences is a smaller version of Park Terraces....

Its exciting...

well, kung dinagkoay lang, mas dako karon ang project sa Maxilom coz daghan man sila'g itukod sa ilang site whereas kini nga project sa Ayala, its just the ALP project but if your thinking about the long term developments ahead, Ayala gyud ang pinakaexciting coz grabe ilang mga plans sa ilang 2 business hubs in the coming years. Just like what has been previously said, Ayala will replicate in Cebu what it has done in Makati and BGC. Without a doubt, that's something worth exciting to wait.

it's not the number of projects. Even if Ayala has huge plans pero what I mean is ang pagka secretive sa Robinsons. Everyone already knows that more talls will be built by Ayala but Robinsons with their Maxilom project is different although kumingking ra ni sa Ayala but there's this words of the owner nga baws niya sa sugbo making this RLC's biggest project in the country. Naa gyud ang kulba hinam nga factor. Kay sa tan aw nako ron, mas daghanng taga SSC ang nagka gubot ron sa Maxilom thread...

That's what I mean...hehe
But ofcourse, I like all project in Cebu... equally... wa'y labaw nilang tanan, equal sila's akong kasing kasing.. don't worry bro
