Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) is really planning to put up a boutique hotel (Kukun) in Cebu Business Park as a great alternative to Marriott

Marriott targets the higher-end of the market while Kukun will cater to a broader target market than more upscale accommodations in Cebu.

question, if this tower will be on top of rustans, naa pa ni siya above ground parking floors? or naa ra siya'y murag dedicated/exclusive parking area sa basement sa mall

AFAIK, the entire expansion, wala'y above ground parking but this condo will have 2-level basement
parking exclusive for condo occupants...also, it will have Exclusive Direct Access to Rustan's
Supermarket at Basement 1 and Exclusive Direct Access to the mall...

the exclusive access to the mall is a concept similar to rockwell condos in makati where each condo bldg. is afforded with underground private entry pass to the powerplant mall. nothing comes closer to ayala center than park point residences. passage is safe and secure nobody knows you have arrived home via the shopping mall.
