The Old Town has residents, it was rebuilt as (mostly) residential district, but in particular these 8 buildings you're asking about are not occupied by people. They are so called Strona Dekerta (Dekert's Side) of the Town Square and all of these 8 buildings are the property of Historical Museum of Warsaw - from dungeons to the rooftop.

most of the buildings on the Dekert side are almost totally originally some even have original interiors as they are among the fare few that survived the war almost unscathed.

Relative only to the east side, which was completely reduced to rubble:

You meant: relative to all the other buildings in the Old Town which were reduced to rubble

Thanks a lot for answer. I meant that there are only Hotels, Hostels, Rental apartmans, museums, galleries, offices, shops, restaurants...

In Dekert's Side there are no hostels, galleries or offices - all 8 buildings are museum. But on the rest of the Old Town buildings you can find everything you've mentioned above. Plus lots of ordinary apartments.

It's amazing how the Polish people rebuilt their cities after so much devastation. They look beautiful now. Bravo to them.

Przemysl has a lot of preserved architecture and the landscape is lovely.

Przemysl reminds me a bit of Krakow.
