Iraqi cities - footage

I think we should have a thread where we can post videos of our cities; since we can't do that in the 'Photography' section and there's no where else to put them I think.
These are not necessarily landscape but could also be of the people, or interviews or even documentaries or just whatever random footage there is just to give us and others an idea of what the cities are like and their atmospheres and everything.

Let me know BigD if this thread is in the wrong place (not sure if it should be here or Baghdad cafe) and whether or not it's a good idea.

This isn't exactly the city but it's about a competition by Al Sumeria at the campus of a girls sports college. You can spot a few hotties too.

It's fun to watch, I'd recommend it, good procrastination.

Tbh there is not that much footage from Iraqi 'cities' and there are no other threads to put videos like the ones above..

I was thinking we should change this thread name to 'Footage from Iraq' instead and we can make it a general videos from Iraq thread.

Well, my friend, when I was younger I was forced by my parents to go ziarah in Iran. In the airport in Heathrow, some Iranian girl notices we are Arabs and starts saying some racist shit about "These Arabs coming into our country". We were still in fucking Heathrow.
My mum went to ziara in the mosque of Imam Ali Ridha and some Iranian says to her "Arab khara". The retard had a copy of a Quran in his hand and was at the grave of an Arab Imam.

i remember when that 300 movie came out and in the movie they portrayed that persian guy as a black person.

man, all my persian friends went crazy. i've never seen a group of people in my life that want to be considered as "white" so bad.

loool! i was literally on the floor laughing my ass off. and i also laugh at them when they tell me they're proud of who they are. specially their woman. they dye their hair blonde, and put all kinds of make up on their faces to look white, and they put contacts to change their eye color, and they still tell you they're proud of who they are.

i don't really hate iranians. they're wonderful people, but yea they can be racist at times.

i don't know why at this time and age there is so many people who want to be considered as white. whats so special about being white?
