Highrise structures in Bacolod are also increasing... the economic boom in the ENTIRE Visayas region is now a reality. It's time for the DPWH or DOTC to consider constructing a freeway system linking these regions with a viaduct from Samar, Leyte, Bohol, Cebu, Negros and Iloilo.

A tower crane should be up and functioning at this point considering that this is a 14 storey structure. Unless they want to construct it at a snail pace.

I've been to Bacolod several times in the early 90's and it's a beautiful and clean city...

Thanks for the kind words sir! A lot has changed since then but you can still expect it to be almost if not as clean as it was when you came here.

I agree but the contractor here is also the contractor of Hi-Residences and so we expect a not so fast construction pace, how I wish our local construction companies would invest in more modern equipment to improve their performance rate.

the same contractor gali @sir...basi the same architect man? i think former VM chick garcia designed hi-res. he was also the idea behind the design of planta hotel. pwede man sila ka lease, other banks offer lease to own scheme for equipment. at the rate the construction boom in bacolod is going, i can see an early ROI and will make our local construction players competitive with construction firms in MM or cebu.

Now, That answer the question as to why, there's no shadow neither traces of tower crane...on sight. Thanks @sir for the info.
