The Ritz Carlton Miami Beach: Luxury Private Villas and Residences

The Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach is a luxury development that consists of 15 private Miami luxury waterfront homes and 111 condo residences. These condos, currently for sale, are located at 4701 Meridian Avenue. This is the former location of the Miami Heart Institute. Designed by award-winning Italian architect Piero Lissoni and developed by Stantec architecture. The ambitious project has its own concept and every outdoor and indoor space designed to perfection.

Residences for Sale

Spread across seven acres of land, these amazing residences are positioned to be the only boutique property located in a family residential community.

Ritz-Carlton on Collins

Located in one of the most distinguished neighborhoods in Miami, The Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach focuses mainly on wealthy families that want to spend most of their time not far from Collins Avenue, but still in Miami Beach. This is one of the main reasons why this Miami real estate project is definitely worth looking into and investing in. Although the building is not even built, there larger demand for these condos and the nearby Miami Beach Homes. Conveniently located close to many popular destinations in Miami including Lincoln Road, Wynwood Art District, Miami Design District, and South Beach, these residences are also just minutes away from many high-end shops, restaurants, and bars.

Somehow, many new towers of Miami have that "developing world" feeling to them

Like designs you'd expect from 2nd tier Latin American or Asian countries.

Cute troll post. That lattice/cross-braced tower, the Hadid tower, Aston Martin, B. Heights, Flatiron and Paramount are better than most designs I see going up in USA cities right now outside of a handful of higher quality stuff. They suit the city well. Miami is not a conservative buttoned-down city. It's a warm weather tourist/lifesetyle hub. You won't find a staid design like 220 Park Avenue South in Miami, it's not that type of place. Balconies that suit the climate and designs that break the usual boxy mold are prevalent. Just because it doesn't suit your Northern European conservative sensibilities, no need to go the pull our the third-world card. That is just ridiculous, and also offensive to the many great designs the developing world is putting out.

Unless you want to equate the entire USA with a developing country (which is asinine), your opinion is just laughable.

^ I was just about to post about that. I was wondering how long it would take for some of the cranes to collapse, just like the one on One57 during Hurricane Sandy in NYC
