The following is some information about the Bombardier Innovia 300 monorail trains to be built for Sao Paulo. Though the drawing shows four cars, the Sao Paulo trains will have seven cars.

I have not seen any information on the interior arrangement other than confirmation that the trains will be a "walk-through" design. Based on the dimensions, speculation is that the walk-through passage will be at the side of the cars similar to a proposal Bombardier made for Seattle a few years ago. The individual cars for the Sao Paulo trains will be longer than the cars for the proposed Seattle trains. Some interior space is lost to housings for the wheels. Some interior graphics for the Seattle trains appear below. A nice feature is that there are no drivers cabs. The passengers can see out the ends of the trains.

A spec sheet for the Sao Paulo trains can be found at the following link.

The information on the trains for the Seattle proposal is now scattered to the wind. As noted previously, the Sao Paulo trains are different in many respects; however, they are the same width, which is the basis for my comments about the side passage. I have a drawing for the Seattle train at the following link.

In addition to the three state-planned monorail lines already shown here, there are a number of city-planned monorail lines, such as the Santo Amaro- Jardim Ângela monorail:
