Thanks
Do you know if they will rebuilt the whole Gothic house or just the half of it?
It will be so amazing if the building will be fully reconstructed and not covered with stucco

It will be rebuilt the whole Gothic house.

And in this building will be located a training center and a mini brewery.

Looks like there's alot of open space. Buildings waiting to be reconstructed or just parks?

I'm sure that more tenements will be built and all the open spaces will be filled. The process (on a large scale) started just ~20 years ago, so you cannot expect that over 300 houses will appear within this area immediately (actually, over 95% of what you see on the photos above was built after 1945).

Btw, Low and High bridges reconstructions will be completed in 2013. Other planned faithful reconstructions include:
Bednarska 10
Bednarska 30

High Bridge (by Spox38)...
All of this is certainly very welcome news

On this picture I see some basements which seems to be under examination.
Quote:
Do you have information about the handling of these basements and maybe still existing old vaults? Are they included in the new buildings or are they going to be demolished after there examination?
I think if you have the ambition to reconstruct sth. you should use as much as possible of the original parts. Unfortunately this happens not very often due the costs and the Use plan of the new building. In Dresden sometimes the vaults were mostly involved and in the next quarter they were completely destroyed.
