Duplex Mario de Andrade | 114 m | 16 Pisos | SP
Segundo projeto residencial meu aqui para o nossos projetos. Fiz com um pouco de pressa, meio que só por fazer, então não esperem muita coisa.

Bem moderno, achei que o mais bonito foi a base, e você nem deu muita importância a ela, se puder colocar uma imagem que ela apreça melhor
 .Pelas minhas contas faltou uma escada de emergência, você poderia tirar um pouco da cozinha (que está enorme), dar umas mexidas e colocá-la perto do elevador. |

Só 16 andares? Está com cara de 32 andares. Se você fizesse sem muita pressa, o resultado poderia ser muito maior. Mas como foi com nas pressa está bacana.

Bonito projeto. Não gostei do paredão onde tem as pequenas janelas, acredito que de banheiros. Podia colocar algumas telas transversais ou espaços com anteparos para condicionadores de splits (é bom pro projeto e seria uma boa desculpa)

predios modernos tem espaços exteriores para instalar os aparelhos de ar condicionado. Ai vc usa esse espaço pra isso. São estruturas retangulares transversais que normalmente são fechadas com gradis (permintindo a passagem do ar)
