Can somebody identify which building was this one and where was it located? It was imploded at night

Fort Steuben Bridge over the Ohio River. Connected Steubenville, OH to Weirton, WV. Imploded on February 21st, 2012 by Controlled Demolition, Inc.

Looks like the Aladdin Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas. All the buildings in Las Vegas are imploded at night to circumvent the dust fines that should be levied by the Clark County Air Quality people. They use an opacity meter to gauge the amount of dust generated and fine accordingly. No light and the opacity meter doesn't function so no fine.
