I'd agree with this; however, if/when Insignia comes online, it will have frontage on 5th Avenue, so I'd put it in this thread.

Hopefully, we could have a "Denny Triangle" thread and that thread would be so full of development projects that Insignia wouldn't be missed....

Exactly. Anything west of 5th should be Belltown and east of 5th is Denny Triangle, for these projects obviously. Insignia shouldnt be in this thread.

Yeah, but at least First Hill has a freeway in the way to easily divide the 2 areas.

The border between Belltown and downtown is fuzzy, if not nonexistent. Chances of excess cross-posting between this and the downtown thread are very high IMO.
