People keep asking what it is, every time it shows up in a pic. Probably because no one cares about it and only see it in pics of projects people care about.

I just love the green space between all these glassy giants in the render above, it's so well integrated.
I think that greenery should be a key point in designing new areas.
The cladding of this tower puts the word quality on a new level.

Totally agree...! But there are going to be some fake windows, covering the MTA ventilation structure on the Southeast corner.
