I think it's possible now. There would have been newer techniques employed in new supertall projects...

yeah, chongqing is knows to have big projects that go a lot smaller in the end by now, but well i still have my hopes i mean if suzhou can, chongqing may be able to pull it off, too.

should be a vision. Forget pre-fab megatalls, we all know this isn't possible just by looking at it. At least not in this century.

620m twins are of course possible, noone said that this design is final (although i wish it was). i think more likely are normal twin towers though, maybe boxy buildings we will see. and maybe the height will be reduced, i hope not.
