Nothing great, but what can one expect for a rental next to the Lincoln Tunnel entrance?

It adds heft & puissance to the Westside skyline so I like it!

going by the renders the tallest should be ~800 ft. I actually like the design, it compliments the Silver Towers well.

Very conservative but I think they got the height to width just right for the location. Great to see.

Yea I like it especially for the area. That section is kinda like the twin section with Atelier Twins, Silver towers and this. Eventually that area will fill out nicely when phase 2 of the Hudson Boulevard starts.

Recall that Extell's 600 unit tower is rising right next to Silverstein's on the same block as this.

Very good that we see tall towers here
When I was in NY I loved the area arround the silver towers. Futhermore it will balance the Houdson Yards and will combine Midtown and the Houdson Yards skyline better

This area of 42nd street is starting to look like the land of the twin towers. Simple design but it blends very well with its surrounding.

I like them. Very clean.

Interesting to think about what their relationship will be with the final phase of the Hudson Park & Boulevard:

If we do wind up with a version of the "sports bridge," or at least some suspended park space over the Lincoln Tunnel entrance, it'd be cool to give these towers a direct connection to it above street level.

Thera are a lot of towers in NY between 220m and 240m, these two will add to that number.

Just wish the design were more daring but still very classy, elegant.. love the look of all the towers in the area pushing the West Side skyward! And just wait til the really big boys start going up!!!!!!!!!

Here's another concept for the project. Not sure if a design has been chosen, if not, I'm seriously rooting for this one.

Quote:
A well know NY developer is developing this 1,600,000 SF new high-rise luxury, mixed-use development. The development is near the Javits Convention Center and adjacent to the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel in New York’s Hudson Yards district. The 770 foot tall development is comprised of two 60-story towers atop a 5-story retail and parking podium on Manhattan’s burgeoning Far West Side. The 600 foot tall towers include 1,350 residential units totaling 1,000,000 SF above a retail/parking podium that includes 180,000 SF of retail/commercial space accommodating big-box tenants that will provide convenience and subsequently enhance the residential attractiveness. One tower also contains 175 units of corporate housing totaling 175,000 SF.

514 Eleventh Avenue embraces the views afforded by the close proximity to the Hudson River, while also capitalizing on its short distance to Times Square and the Javits Center by creating an attractive urban experience at street-level.
