Very good news.

But I can't imagine working outside during an Iraqi summer. It's probably the warmest county in the Middle East together with Kuwait and parts of KSA.

horrible horrible bridge. I drove over it several times. each lane is too narrow (like many of the new bridges/flyovers) and I think it will be closed and re-worked... like many of the new bridges/intersections in baghdad due to shoddy (VERY SHODDY) work.

aghati you said this on 2 threads now so allow me to inform you : it's not the hottest in the region. because it's dry heat and temperature drops considerably after noon. try Ahvaz or any khaleji country

Yeh I wouldnt say its the hottest either. We have two rivers and many fertile areas, we also have moutains surrounding us to the north and north east. Which are all factors that play in the weather.

rumaytha is a qadhaa of samawa, located between diwaniya and samawa. its where the 1920 revolt started against the British!
