I know that the cities I guessed were probably not the correct one (maybe they could be in a unusual view), but Porto Alegre didn't come to my mind and I tried the Northeastern cities

I have never been to Porto Alegre, and to be honest I thought it was more beautiful than that!

Nope. Except for the Guaíba, it looks a lot like São Paulo would if São Paulo were smaller. In a similar way to Campinas or Curitiba.

Yes true, but São Paulo, Campinas and Curitiba don't have sea, and this one is a port city (we can see that in the pic)

I also think about Vitória, but it really does not look much like this pic.

Yes, except for the Guaíba part. But if you are not near the port, it looks and feels like Campinas or Curitiba. Being a river/lagoon port, PA doesn't have the beauty that most cities in the Northeast have to counterbalance the dense business center.

Yes, I agree with you. The color of the water is not that in the Northeastern cities, so that's why I said I was practically sure that my guesses were wrong.

By the way, are you brazilian or have you ever been in Brazil?

I was born and grew up in Brazil (SP), but I have not lived there since 1990. I have only come back to visit.
