That's awesome anyway. I'd love to see what it looks like from the south side. Our current design is really nice though.

That tower should have been build mon. It's the far more interesting tower than the one we got now.

I don't think so. The thread makes it look like its locked to 300m.

What in the thread makes you say that? It's far too early to know the final height of that building.

The title itself.

It's common practice to put 300+m when you don't know the actual height of a building but it's known it will be a supertall.

The title should be 300+m and not 300m in that case. From everything we've heard it should be more, perhaps by a huge margin.

Though this is a fantasy concept, this needs to be built in the city. Somewhere between Midtown and Downtown. That way it can stand alone as the Empire State Building once did before vertical heights began growing along it.

This. Would. Be. Awesome!! A beautifully modern, and streamlined design like this would be excellent for New York! I only wish WTC 1 had a design and height like this.. Ahh well.. Something like this could happen in the near future though. A few years ago, I never would've believed that something as tall as Nordstrom/Central Park tower would rise!

Filings include the height to the highest occupied space (eg no spires)

The demolition exposed an old advertisements. That's always neat to see.
