How do you delete posts that other people have written??

On another thread, a user made a post that I wanted to delete because he was spam-replying to me. I'm pretty sure it's already removed, but how do I do this in the future? Does a Moderator have to do it? Feel free to PM me. Thanks For the Help.

Only mod can delete posts. PM to the mods that responsible in that section.
