This one is now 40 floors! I spoke with a construction worker this evening, Tom, who is installing the facade on the 27th floor at the moment. He showed me some cool photos from 27 of Back Bay and Downtown. Sounds like we are now working on 41 out of 56.

This one is a true labor of love for me. I'm obsessed with Millennium Tower!

yeah, good to hear. One has to wonder if Mayor Mennino had stayed healthy, would his dream of a 1000 footer in Post Office Sq have happened? I know there are height restrictions downtown because of Logan but at least pushing that to the max would have broken the flat skyline and in the best place. Thank you for all your work keeping us informed

The FAA killed that dream. However, there are a bunch of potential proposals for the site, most in the 700'-800' range.

It won't make a dramatic change in the skyline but it will clearly add a new peak. I'd say it will top out at about where the top of the crane is now.

It's been a while since I posted anything here. It's up to 41 now. These are from 7/10. Part 1 of 2.

Look closely, here is the first "imperfection". A vent is a chink in the armor.

Always wanted to do this. Estimating this one is at ~515' now. Boston's 17th 500' building, and 19th over 150m. Just passed a bunch of buildings and is surging towards Boston's top 10. Let's take a look...

Passed in the last month or so. Ritz Carlton Residences is now the 25th tallest building in Boston.

Passed in the last week or so

It's now Boston's 12th tallest. Not for long, as it's poised to pass the 2 tall buildings to the left of it in the first picture. From today 7/14. 1 of 2.
