Downtown Minneapolis skyline seen from eight miles away from downtown Saint Paul.

Wow! What an awesome shot! I've never seen the Minneapolis skyline from that particular vantage point before.

Is this your own photo? From which building was this photo taken? I originally thought it might be the newish parking ramp at Smith and Kellogg, but it's certainly not high enough to peek out over Cathedral Hill.

Someone sent it to me. It was taken from the Lawson building.

Ahh, no wonder it's such an unusual shot. I was hoping I could check it out and take the same photo on a sunny day or at sunset. Guess I need to make friends with employees in the building.

Indeed, the building appears to be quite secure. Frankly, I don't think it's possible to enter unless you know someone who works there.

I also wish there were several more tall buildings to fill the gap along Hennepin between Downtown West and The Carlyle. How did we go from the density of the Skid Row there to surface parking lots?

Not sure where this was taken from... somewhere in North Minneapolis.

Ugh. How many spammers have to pollute our threads before SSC starts making it harder than clicking a button to join? This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Kind of funny in the post on this page that has the Guthrie and right below it was the location of the old Guthrie. Intentional?

Mozaic looks a lot better at night than it does every time else.

Those buildings across the bike path aren't Mosaic. However the Mosaic plaza is cool.

Ahh, yeah. I didn't realize this was looking out over the Greenway. That would be Flux then.
