Well, the space between the building and the helipad simply seems to small!
try to download a helicopter from the 3Dwarhouse and place it there. There should be atleast 5m from the copter-blades to the building walls!

Maybe your best design until now, but I totally disagree with the helipad.... I think it looks fine just like that

you want to say the scale of the projects showroom is big than the tower at right side?
If you are asking this then answer is yes the height of one floor of showroom is 5 meter while other tower is 3 m per floor |
