That one turned out great! I'm especially happy about the reconstructed cupola and turret on the corner (see), this should give an example for other areas of Hamburg.

Some people think this action is totally awesome, some see it as a waste of tax money.

May look like let it rot to demolish it and make a shitload of money with the proberty by avoiding the costy clean up of some structures listed under preservation order.
