Seriously! Well I'll translate for those who don't know Spanish. Pretty much she meant that we (NYC) are , for the lack of a better word, amputeed without the Twin Towers. The asian cities took our fame away from our skyline. Maybe next time she should use a translator then maybe we'll take her more seroiusly. Or better yet post in the Latin American forums.

One panorama I've been dying to see is the trio of jersey city, lower manhattan and downtown brooklyn. I've seen some pics that have come close but none like the last pano posted.

i concur. a nice crisp shot from a couple thousand feet high, west of JC, showing all 3, including the ever growing Brooklyn skyline.

Governor's Island would be a good spot and considering that they are offering FREE ferry rides over the summer, it's more of an incentive to go there. As well as Liberty Island, Bayonne or even taking the Staten Island Ferry. Heavy Zoom might be required.
