Is there only 1 rendering of this? I have seen the scale designs but it would be great to see how this relates to Leadenhall - i think it creates this big V shape that St Pauls can be see thru .....could be really cool

The original image is no longer on Flickr or anywhere else, afaict. This is a smaller version, still cached by Google, which I've enlarged a bit. Hence, the grotty quality.

Well, I thought a nice round number like 100 would be a better generalisation for the height difference, which made me use feet.

Am I correct in thinking this has a squared off side backpack a bit like the Shard? It's hard to judge by the carefully selected renders.
I wish the planning authorities would crack down on these things and take the architectural purity to fruition. Much rather a slightly taller building that a slightly compromised one. Otherwise great design. |
