jay sean is a sikh, his real name is kamaljit, hes parents are from punjab in india, but hes never been there in his life he stayed in uk, juggy d is indian sikh, rishi rich is british pakistani has also lived in uk but has been to pakistan many times.

no name is from a country, names are from religon, lol. there are many people in pakistan with hindus and sikhs names but they are not indian.lol

soo hes toured pakistan is well, many indian artists have is well like RDB, sterio nation, thats doesnt make those indians pakistani.

and that single you were talking about was called bombay jungle, his first single it was produced by an indian.

trust me he is british pakistani, he also lives around here in london, and there are many people here who know him and i know them.

Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman - Federal Minister for Education, Science and Technology (Pakistan); Chairman, Higher Education Commission (Pakistan)

Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman is known internationally for his contributions in the field of isolation, structure elucidation and synthesis of bioactive natural products from terrestrial and marine organisms. Researches on the chemical constitutients of Pakistani medicinal plants have resulted in the isolation of over 425 new natural products and the publication of 380 research papers in international journals and led to the award of Sc.D degree in 1987 by Cambridge University, U.K., the first scientist working in Pakistan to have this distinction.

Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman has written or edited 51 books. He is the author of Pakistan's first book in chemistry to be published abroad and marketed internationally ("Biosynthesis of Indole Alkaloids", Oxford University Press, Oxford, England, 1983). His book entitled "Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy" was published by Springer-Verlag, U.S.A. in 1986 and it is being used in courses in U.S. universities. It has been translated into Japanese language for courses in Japanese universities by Prof. Motoo Tori of Tokushima Bunri University and Prof. Hiroshi Hirota of University of Tokyo and marketed in Japan in 1988. A series of 20 Volumes of books have been initiated by Elsevier in Holland entitled "Studies on Natural Products Chemistry" under the editorship of Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman, twenty volumes of which have been already published during the last eight years.

These researches have led to the award of Ph. D. degrees to 42 students under the supervision of Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman, the highest number of Ph.D.s to be awarded under the supervision of any scientist in Pakistan. Six more students have submitted their Ph.D. theses.

Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman has been appointed as the Co-ordinator General of COMSTECH by the President of Pakistan in 1996. COMSTECH is the OlC's Standing Committes for Science and Technology Co-operation between 54 member Islamic Countries. It is chaired by the President of Pakistan and has its head office in Islamabad.

Sir Mohammed Anwar Pervez - Head of Bestway Group Ltd.

Another inspiring success story, Mohammed Anwar Pervez was born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 1935, Sir Anwar came to the UK at the age of twenty-one in the 1950s. After working as a Bradford bus conductor, he opened his first corner shop in 1962 in London's Earl's Court. Recognising the potential of the wholesale market, he established the first of his many cash and carry outlets in Park Royal in 1976.

Bestway Group started off as a specialist Asian Food Store in West London in 1962. More retail units followed and by the early 1970's the group had opened ten general food stores selling a 'convenience' range of grocery and drinks products.

The Bestway Group moved into the wholesale business in 1976 when it's first Bestway cash and carry warehouse was established in Acton, London. Rapid expansion in wholesaling followed during the 1980's and 1990's, and to date, the Bestway Group comprises of 28 wholesale depots throughout the country with another three announced openings for the year 2003.

The Bestway Group moved into the cement business in 1995 when it decided to set up cement manufacturing plant in Pakistan at a cost of $120 million. The cement plant has a capacity to produce 1.2 million tons of cement per annum.

In 2002, the Bestway Group acquired a 25.5% stake in United Bank Limited, this is one of the top 5 banks in Pakistan with around 1,101 branches across Pakistan and 16 overseas branches in USA, UK, Middle East, a subsidiary in Switzerland and rep offices in Egypt and Iran. UBL provides employment to over 11,000 people and has assets in excess of $ 3.3 billion.

sir anwar pervais has about 200 million pounds but will have had way over a billion if he didnt donate to charties and gave away shares to family members.
