Yes, please I would like to know too if there are any updates ASAP. This is truly a spectacular looking project for QC and would like to see it come to fruition!

For Quezon City's Triangle Park Central Business District (hope the moderators change the thread title), the latest development in the 250-hectare area is the upcoming launch of High Park Vertis under the Alveo brand towards the later part of April 2014. LOIs are already being accepted by Alveo Land. That gives us 2 residential projects on the Ayala side of the Triangle. All in all Ayala is controlling 45 hectares out of the 250. Vertis North is around 29 hectares.

There are ongoing excavations directly across Trinoma related to an upcoming hotel (most likely similar to Ayala Hotel's Seda) and a retail strip (probably with office spaces for outsourcing or offshoring companies on top). These should be completed in the next 3 years.

Towards the south of the Triangle, in Eton Centris, the 3rd BPO building has already been completed and undergoing commissioning. The sole tenant, Hewlett-Packard, is already doing fit-outs and should be moving in by the later part of 2014.

Eton did a reboot of the masterplan for Eton Centris in 2012, coming from an earlier H1 designed masterplan. A new masterplan, complete with a rebranding plan, from BroadwayMalyan was finished but never implemented. Heard that Benoy is now working on a new one. Which from their past portfolio should be an interesting one.

Hopefully, all the developers involved and the Triangle Park coordinating council would work together and come up with individual masterplans that in the long run (10-20 years) would merge well. EDSA will be a sight to see then.

If you are going to redesign the vertis north including trinoma, sm north and mrt stations, and you need to incorporate nature and water park such as in this link http://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/31/tr...t-water-parks/ . Ano maging hitsura nito? I really dream of big water and nature par inside the bizniz, comm & res complex.
