It doesn't impress me and looks to much on the ugly side in the daytime. 7/10

As with many of Tokyo's buildings, this looks cool at night, but rather dreary by day. Its surroundings look horrible and the tower does little to enhance the area. Very little thought seems to have gone into its design, just a few bits tacked on here and there, nothing at all innovative.

5.5 overall.

Good, but seems to be missing something. The facade could be better too. I give it a 7.5/10.

Dull. The changes in the windows pattern seem too random to manage some improvement. Although it's not great, the night look is kinda futuristic, which saves it from a complete flop.
