Just want to share i got my reservation already but what makes this project more interesting Avida will construct tower 1 and tower 2 simultaneously that's a good news coming from a very reliable source! Happy new year!

Well I think some really tall buildings will start construction this 2013... let me see, AEON now clearing up the area, Abreeza Residence already on its 10th floor, and this one AVIDA. These are first in Davao to have projects like above 20 floors.... lets see how it goes then.

Really? were all the units in these towers sold? kung hindi why are they building the second tower? Abreeze Place place should follow their style too. build the 4 towers simultaneously..

I have no idea in the engineering explanation that they told me what i understnd it's because of the design of podium that needs to build the two towers simultaneously, the sales as they told me is really impressive even my friends who have bought units of Avida already knew that 2 towers will be constructed at the same time! isnt it interesting Dabawenyos?

It is because the two towers share the same pool and other amenities located on the podium?

May i know annemargaret what unit type did you bought? how much and what is the size of the floor area. I haven't get the chance to inquire in avida sales agent the last time.

Yes, dapat sabay jud sila iconstruct kay ang entrance sa parking lot naa banda sa tower 2 based sa perspective. Nah! Kung na turn over na ang mga units sa tower 1 tas wa pa nahuman ang tower 2, maglaray jud nang mga sakyanan sa mga unit owners sa tower 1 sa claveria.

humn.. murag lisod bitaw nuh ug dili simultaneous ang construction sa duha ka tower.

instant 2 towers dayon sa claveria. unta kanang sa atbang sa nga vacant lot diha sa avida, tall structure ghapon.

I got the 1 bedroom unit type but i have to disclose any pricing kc yun ang request ng agent ko because i got a very nice offer scheme hehe! But parking lot more or less 1 m

Actually pricing scheme is confidential yan sa mga agents kc nga they have different patterns of selling when it comes to giving discounts and priority, sa kadami-dami ba nman ng ahente ng Avida kanya-kanyang diskarte yan. Anyway, lets not discuss that matter here i guess it is not allowed!
