^ and ive stil not seen a single one with a ferris wheel

i think the observation deck is required. the ferris wheel would be great, but at the same time i think the hole would be better without it.

on the inside of the circle.. or do you mean outside? sounds interesting, never seen a ferris wheel without spokes before, but dont see a reason why that shouldn't work, gotta be a bit of an engineering challenge though.

A post in a forum says the shape of the hole has been modified. The observation bridge is still there, but the part below is "closed", and the pillars that support the bridge are gone. Don't know if it's true.

looks really cool!very nice rendering.At least this tower doesnt look so left out like Taipei 101

Yeah, I like Taipei 101 but it just sticks up like a big ***** all by itself. It needs some density around it.
