that is HOT!!!!
Nice to see that some interesting proposals are emerging for the Hurontario/Dundas area. That part of the city seems to have been so neglected and overlooked. Hopefully these projects will help that area turn the corner. Now to redevelop those aweful strip plazas....BUT keep ORCHARD family restaurant...that's about the only thing I like there lol.

No. It is supposed to start in early 2014 for a completion date of fall 2015.
