^ Just the first now. The second will start soon and the third will start after at least the first is done, unless they sell all of the units quickly, which I think they will due to the small size of the units (550 to 950 square foot studios) for the many young professionals that will move here.

It is not, it is to be 69 floors with the tallest being just one higher at 70

Looks like a later-day Frank Gehry - although his cladding would likely be more outrageous.

the Earthcams overlooking the WTC are facing JC today. Is this the tower currently under construction? It doesn't seem to have the blue netting like in the above pictures.

The blue netting is currently only on two sides of the tower - presuming that will expand to cover all sides soon..
