nahh.. i am not really sure on that.. since there was also a rumor that it will be located in a lot owned by the province inside Camp Lapu-Lapu very near the Cebu IT Park..

I think under construction na sad ni.... passed here yesterday afternoon. There is a notice at the gate that the project is on the process of ground preparations. Several heavy equipments is already at the site working even at night...
