According to the old map i have, Marcos' Maharlika highway is the Pan-philippine highway that never got finished.

ang usual route eh NLEX-Maharlika Highway-either Marcos highway/Kennon Rd... it usually takes 5-7 hours imo

and yes, Pan-Philippine highway ang Maharlika Highway...

Mc Arthur po yung pa-pangasinan eh, yung NorthWest sya.

ang Maharlika po is yung pa Northeast. Mga papuntang Cagayan.

two lanes muna.. then collect toll.. then raise money to make additional 2 lanes... that way, your initial investment is for only two lane highway...

that's what a gov't contractor told me (small contractor lang naman) hehehe... smart, in a business sense sort of way...

magandang balita ito. i came from la union. ilang oras na lang ang byahe from manila to rosario, la union kung tapos na ang tplex?

well tama lang yan dahil...i just pass through that area...to baguio...pangit na ang daan....baku baku an ang kalsada....mas maganda pa dumaan ng calasiao, camiling side...kesa dyan sa moncada, urdanito, pozzorubio, sison side pag pa akyat ka ng baguio....ramdam na naan ang kaunlaran...
