A blog update from Paris. One of my favourite cities in the world and one of the things I miss most about no longer living in Europe.

I have quite a few updates to do from Paris so will hopefully get all of the photos up over the coming month!

People of Paris, be proud of your amazing city.

While he is busy trolling, the rest of us can enjoy the wonders of Paris. Indeed the Metro does smell like piss more than any other developed city I've visited but hey, everywhere has its pros and cons, and the pros of Paris far outweigh the cons :-)

Having said that, the snails stuff is such a cliché...Although I'm french, I've never eaten a single snail in my whole life, & I don't remember my friends saying they had tried that either.

I'm not saying it's untrue as there are some french people eating snails, but they represent a small percentage of the population. You only eat this stuff on special occasions in 'posh' restaurants, in other terms, that's really rare.

I don't think I'll ever eat snails, it just doesn't appeal to me, but I may try frog legs someday.
