hope it can be confirmed soon, looks like a typical glass box we have seen so many off, but nice anyway and 75 floors is quite a lot

omg the height is just perfect. it is the same height of the other supertall that is currently U/C in the city, which is also located next to the sea, but i do not know how far they are from each other. they would complement each other very well.

edit: they are really far away from each other
