Kailash,
Perhaps you should get paid by forum administrators for each of your updates. Can't imagine how worth some updates that you provide. You should be an editor or a content provider for a real estate publisher. Even the commercial property website's statistics/data/graphs cannot help to judge an investment. I think everyone who want to invest in Hyderabad area must read through the interesting discussions on this website to get a fair idea. Love to see more and more pictures with your signature.

The product mix is broadly classified as :

Update on NCC Narsingi project

Today, when I was at the NCC Nagarjuna Residency project at the Hitec city, one of the marketing officials quoted a per-launch price of Rs 2850 psf for the first phase of residences proposed at the upcoming NCC Narsingi project. They(NCC employees) have been offered a price of Rs 2750 psf for the same. I am expecting to get more details viz. the plan and a brochure(via email) in a day or two.

I have no info relating the launch or its prices right now, maybe you could check with the NCC Office, they could throw some light on the project, meanwhile I shall try seeking the info and post it here soon.

Here's the the project brochure: They have put the master plan only for a part of their land parcel. Looks like there will be 17 residential towers of 19 floors each and 2 office/hotel towers of atleast 20 floors.

Only 2 towers are in the process of being launched. Took a few screenshots of the presentation:

There is an aerial render in the background of this slide.

Great catch there bro, thanks for sharing it here.

Waiting to see some proper renders of the project, this is gonna turn out to be one helluva dense cluster, Can't wait to see how Manchirevula/Narsingi belt of ORR would look like in 2020 i.e icing on the cake could be Manchirevula Buisness Dist.

It looks very dense for sure.

But I think a continuous skyline wont be possible because everything around the Business District on this side of the ORR falls in the bio-conservation zone.

Damn alrite, still with atleast 5 Major High Rise/Skycraper projects on this one stretch of the ORR on either sides, I really can't wait to see all these projects take off soon ! Also any word on the DLF New Town Heights located at the Narsingi Interchange ?

PS:- Counted the Commercial Towers at the Entrance in the render you posted above to be 23 floors and 17 floors.
