I know a lot of you guys think this sucks but it adds more people to the city limit. This could add about 400 new residents if it fills up. I'd like to see Tampa reach 440k in this decade. Tampa is getting more and more rental. Hope it goes to more owning in the future.

Drove by the site today, groundwork has started and equipment was on the site. Also noticed that the West End was getting some work done.
