if i remember right there is one on the road blankenheim-bad münstereifel in germany and a very nice one on the belgian motorway a27 st.vith-verviers.some ramps here looks like they have a extreme climb and a truck would probably go thru the hill and not over it

this must be serbo-croatian cause if it was only serbian on the sign would stand something like "skloni se bre odatle,pička ti materina"

might be, but the slope will still mitigate the force of the impact (at the end of the ramp) if any, and of course prevent a crash into other vehicles on the road.

And if the driver is lucky, there is only a partial brake failure ...
