One I spotted on the French N102 national road, somewhere around Brioude. It is already signposted 8 kms ahead:

There is also one on Chifley Road (B59) as you come down from Scenic Hill into Lithgow:

I have some examples of the runaway truck ramps in Malaysia.

This is one of the two runaway truck ramps at the Ringlet-Sungai Koyan Highway FT102 at Cameron Highlands.

Meanwhile, the Genting Sempah-Genting Highlands access road has three runaway truck ramps along the way. However, the signage used is actually not a standard one, as this road is actually a private road owned by Genting Highlands Resort.

This one is a runaway truck ramp at the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) E26 Section 3, just after the Selat Lumut- SKVE Bridge. Oddly enough, the terrain around there is very level. However, the ramp is constructed there due to the bridge gradient of 4% and is located just 500 m from the toll plaza, causing risks of running out of control, as the section between Telok Panglima Garang to Pulau Indah is constructed as a two-lane undivided expressway, unlike the other sections that are constructed as a full 4-6 lanes divided expressway.
