but if you ply the C5 flyover near market market...it does look like a squatter area...sayang poor somplement ng BGC its like the C5 road looks more of an economic border bet have and have nots

Market!Market! looks nice and huge. Are there alot of international students in the mall considering 3 international schools are around it?

I would imagine...but i bet those students like the atmosphere of GB3, Eastwood, Rockwell, ATC and megamall better.

No, definitely not Megamall. It's a no no for the class A and B guys, that's why SM put up The Podium to cater to the A, B and C market that Megamall failed to tap.

So your list will be GB3, Eastwood, Rockwell, ATC and Podium.

I dont think we've seen that. You can clearly see how BGC's size compares with the Makati CBD. Its quite large, and can support many skyscrapers in the future.
AsiaWorld (reclaimed area) is even bigger.

yeah, each of those reclaimed areas is comparable to BGC in area. i never thought they were that big.

there was another satellite shot posted here before which is larger than that one... that other picture even shows the Quezon City Circle....

I thought Centennial City is supposed to be on the slot above that? If not, then no, it has not yet be reclaimed.
