^ Subic Bay would be on the left coastline...it doesnt share the same bay as Manila.

yeah.. that would definitely bulacan and Rizal... at first I'm thinking of the La Mesa Dam Reservoir but it seems a bit too large... welll maybe it is near the Angat River which leads to the La Mesa Dam....

Not Rizal. It's definately Central Luzon, you can see Metro Manila, it's way north of it. Pampanga and Bulacan, most likely NLEX would have gone over it.... perhaps where that long viaduct goes through, it's that.

that huge basin area is part of bulacan & pampanga. thats the area where tv reports of flooding most frequently occur, coz it practically serves as the 'catch basin' of water coming from all region 3 provinces leading to manila bay

having a second look at it... I think that it is Pampanga and partially of Tarlac... in the lower right part of the red circle.. it seemed like there is the peek of Mt Arayat.... so that black area must be the lahar affected areas of Porac and Mabalacat.. just a guess

Balibago and Malabanas in Angeles City
This is a photo of our home in Angeles City. The clearing at top portion is Clark Air Base. Our house is right about the center.
![]() I've got a high res photo here: http://www.geocities.com/kalayaan90/HomeFull.jpg By the way, I think the photo of the marshy area is the Candaba swamp which has been making waves recently being featured as a good place to observe migratory birds in the Philippines. http://www.pemsea.org/media/e-update...p2_candaba.htm Last edited by SaleemSinai; March 30th, 2005 at 04:02 AM. |
