Looks like smaller of the 2 will finish construction in 2019.

The taller one will begin construction next year.

Updates on the biggest urban renewal project in the city that's been cooking up for a few years, consisting of several city blocks for new government offices. It will concentrate a large quantity of government entities into a compact community parks, pedestrian paths, and all kinds of services, etc. A few blocks are finally being acquired and construction is due to begin early next year designs for the first buildings coming out by Christmas.

I just realized the first infographic above includes information on the status of another government urban renewal project in the historic center of Bogota. It is called Ministerios and little had been heard about it until now.

It appears the government is slowly purchasing buildings, 3 so far with another 16 in the process. I assume it's taking a long time because of the historic nature of the neighborhood.

Anyway here is a few images of the winning bid:
