It's almost suprising to see a Dubai project in the Proposed Supertalls section.

Ugly design btw

Ugly? It's absolutely fitting. Design-wise it reminds you of both Burj Khalifa and The Address Downtown Hotel, and they both looks fantastic (at least in real life)

The Address The BLVD serviced residences, the newest residential offering of Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai, recorded a sell-out response to all the units that were released for sale, on the very first day of its launch. Customers queued several days prior to the public launch to buy the residences released for sale at Emaar Sales Centre.

I think it's a nice mix of West-meets-East. There's a nice formal slickness and verticality with the way the mullions are laid out and how the top tapers with the arches and glass. It also seems to compliment The Address in some way. Not surprised that it sold out so fast for being one of the plots left near BK!

I don't really like this building, but it may look nice if it happens and finished.

Never say never, It might become an RTA initiative later on. It was always meant to be a way not only to improve connectivity in Downtown Dubai, but also across the Business Bay. I would not be surprised to see if come back to life at some stage, especially now that the Creek extension has been given the go ahead.

What great news the creef extension is back???

I'll check the news.

Concerning this project i'm so happy because it's a perfect transition btw Burj Dubai and the Skyline around it.

I'm still dreaming of the final Dubai project with the whole project : the whole Downtown, all the Island with the world and the Univers (or not xD), Dubailand and of course the big big big project of the Jumeirah garden and the biggest : Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens.

So see some project like that going up and carry on despite the crisis so

And to finish this project is gonna to take off some empty plots.
