Why would the reconstruct this stadium? Off topic, but does anyone know how much of the city core was bombed in WW2?. It says many places that Turin was heavily bombed, but it doesn't look that way when walking around in the city center.

Anyone Know about town planning?

Now a days there are many software's are available for 3D designing which are useful in making town planning design. Like Map3D, Civil 3D, ESRI, etc. You can find other 3D auto cad designing software online. Anyone use any of the software, if anyone know about these software then please tell me ....
