5. SVX Yekaterinburg-Koltsovo Airport, Yekaterinburg
- 4,293,002 passengers
- increase by 13.5%

6. OVB Novosibirsk-Tolmachevo Airport, Novosibirsk
- 3,748,211 passengers
- increase by 14.7%

7. KRR Pashkovsky Airport, Krasnodar
- 2,853,394 passengers
- increase by 10.0%

- 1,569,011 passengers
- increase by 12.1%

17. MRV Mineralnye Vody Airport, Mineralnye Vody
- 1,473,446 passengers
- increase by 15.2%

18. TJM Tyumen-Roschino International Airport, Tyumen
- 1,372,621 passengers
- increase by 10.8%

19. KGD Khrabrovo Airport, Kaliningrad

Few changes happened in 2013. Firstly, Rostov on Don beat Samara, Khabarovsk, and Krasnoyarsk. In turn, Krasnoyarsk fell back by 3 positions. This year, all airports showed positive increases.

After Chelyabinsk(which also increased this year) last year; this year, the 22nd airport in Russia to pass the 1 million passengers mark is:

PEE Bolshoye Savino Airport, Perm
- 1,150,929 passengers
- increase by 15.8%
