This is great news for the project. The fact that Great Gulf Homes is developing the project will ensure it will be completed. I just hope Gehry lives to see his vision finally constructed in his hometown. By far this is one of the best proposals for the city and hopefully starts construction in 2018.

M+G West Tower and The One will aim for being the new tallest in Toronto. 1-7 Yonge West is also on the radar. It's almost like Manhattan in the 1930s, where there are 3 projects trying to become the new highest in the city.

Very good point ! I know that the sales will start surely in spring 2018.
But the construction could start in the first quarter of 2019.
