It will be the first huge project Gehry builts in his homecity.
The models show nothing yet,but I have to admit I'm worried about the way the 3 towers look so close to each other.

People should not be posting in the super tall section unless super tall status is the confirmed height. First it was the Holt Renfrew Centre which is listed at 277m and now someone has jumped the gun again. These Gehry buildings are proposed at 272m, 284m, and 276m.

Yes, but we're also told that those heights don't include mechanical floors.

They remind me of the City of Capitals in Moscow, I really fancy this sort of architecture. Once again, a great project by Gehry .

This needs to be moved to the 'Proposed Skyscraper' thread.

It was announced many days ago that these are 272m, 284m, and 276m.

... Su-per-tall, su-per-tall |:c If they don't make one of the towers over 300 metres then this project is a bust.

They would instantly dwarf the buildings currently U/C to the west. Perhaps we'll see a few 250m+ proposals there too.

This gives us a somewhat better idea of what is happening in the Entertainment District.

You could add the 4 tower Oxford proposal to that: 326m, 326m, 255m, and 185m. The Entertainment District could do with more height variation. A few 200m+ buildings mixed in there would be nice. Getting back to Mirvish-Gehry, its still very much at the conceptual stage so here are 2 more images that came out recently:
