ROBINSONS PLACE DUMAGUETE
Construction update as of August 16, 2008

Still a long, long way to go but it's a good start after some delays. Construction pace is fast. I guess this will be done by the end of 2009 or early 2010.

Shoppers' Center-not considered as a mall but as a mini-mall, as supermarket and department store dominates this building. McDonald's has another branch in Zamboanga (same size as La Purisima branch):

Dunno but when I hear an Ayala mall re/development coming up it always pique my interest (re: nakaka-excite). Pag iba na, naging so-so na ang dating sa 'kin.

Is that being built by/near a body of water? Because it'd be kinda silly to be calling it a "boardwalk" if it isn't.

Yes. It is just few meters from the edge of Mactan channel.

It is facing Mactan Island, by the way.
